Hamlet fears that something is bad is going to happening if he sees his father. But he wants to speak to it "though Hell itself should gape."

Soliloquy

1. Hamlet talks when everyone leaves.


2.He doesn't have the same respect for his mom because she married his uncle a month after his father dies. He says "how tired, stale, and pointless life is to me."
